Dr. Robert A. Rohm, Ph.D., is a popular keynote speaker, author, and corporate trainer recognized world wide for his expertise in team building and human behaviour. He uses a highly engaging combination of humour and illustrations to educate, motivate and train his audience.

JJ Brun

JJ Brun is a seasoned Executive Master Trainer in the Four Temperament (DISC) Model of Human Behaviour, also known as “The Retired Spy.” To illustrate points, JJ draws on his background as a military intelligence operative who worked as a contact handler on a major peacemaking mission.

Combining his unique application of the DISC Model of Human Behaviour and his expertise in investigative interviewing techniques, JJ provides the keys to recognizing what certain behaviours indicate and how to interpret and respond to the information.

Are there any prerequisites?

YES! You must have a good understanding, teaching, and application of the Four Temperament (DISC) Model of Human Behavior in association with Personality Insights, Inc.

In addition, we expect the 5 following criteria and/or mindsets:

  • To remain teachable throughout; willing to be placed into someone’s hand/care.
  • To receive versus resist being sharpened – experiencing character-building moments.
  • To permit yourself to start over with the information you gain.
  • To discover that people’s core values are found on the inside and not on the outside.
  • To share what you have learned and leave your mark and positively impact their lives.
What happens if I cancel?
Occasionally, unforeseen events interrupt even the best-laid plans. If something happens that requires you to change your scheduled ticket event, you may move your registration ticket to another upcoming training event without incurring any cancellation fee. However, the following restrictions apply for each ticket cancellation: a $100 cancellation fee will be applied to every refunded ticket.
